Honestly: there is no open position right now. We staff projects with specialists as demand grows — and prefer meeting good people before we need them. Every application is read and answered personally.

How we work

eFlury Consulting builds AI automation for Swiss SMEs — fixed-price projects on Claude, MCP and Power BI, run according to the published eflury Method™: named deliverables, decision gates, human-in-the-loop, everything documented. Client projects are delivered by specialists we bring on board as project volume grows.

Who we want to meet

  • AI & automation engineers — you build with Claude, MCP connectors and TypeScript or Python, and you can show it (repos, projects, write-ups).
  • BI & data specialists — Power BI data modelling, reporting pipelines, data quality.
  • Finance practitioners — you know month-end closes, invoicing or bexio/ABACUS from the inside and would rather automate them than endure them.

Our clients are Swiss SMEs; working languages are German and English.

What you can expect

The same principles we publish for clients apply internally: decisions in writing, documentation as part of the work, fixed scopes instead of heroics — and honest no-gos when something does not fit. Read the method and the trust page — that is the working culture, published.

How it works

  1. 1

    Application

Fill in the form — links beat adjectives: repos and projects say more than any cover letter.

  2. 2

    Personal reply

Every application is read and answered by the person who would work with you — no system, no boilerplate.

  3. 3

    Intro call

If the profile fits upcoming projects, an uncomplicated call follows (30–45 min, remote).

  4. 4

    Project pool

If it is a match, we add you to the specialist pool and get in touch as soon as a concrete project comes up.
