Built Is Half the Job. We Run the Other Half.
Automations create value only while they keep working. We operate the systems we build for you: regular health checks, a monthly metrics report in writing, a prioritized improvement backlog — and re-validation whenever the AI platforms underneath change. Without you hiring an AI engineer.
Does this sound familiar?
- The automation worked at go-live — six months later, nobody can say whether it still performs
- Model and API updates land every few months, and nobody owns testing them against your workflows
- Errors surface when a customer complains — not when they happen
- The one person who understood the system is busy, on holiday, or gone
- You want the benefits of AI automation without putting an AI engineer on the payroll
Operation as a product: measured, monthly, in writing
Managed AI Operations is phase 5 of the eflury Method™ — optimization — run as a continuous service. We take over the operation of the automations we built: regular health checks, monitoring of error rates and usage, and a monthly written metrics report showing time saved, error rates, and usage — the same numbers the original business case promised. Every report comes with a prioritized improvement backlog, and one short monthly review is all the time it costs your team. When Claude models or APIs are updated, we re-test your workflows against the changes and adjust where needed, so your automations keep pace with the platform instead of quietly degrading.
Run Capability Without Hiring
You get monitoring, maintenance, and platform expertise as a service — instead of recruiting for a role that is hard to fill and harder to keep busy.
Measured, Monthly, in Writing
A monthly metrics report — time saved, error rates, usage — plus a prioritized improvement backlog. You always know whether the system still earns its keep.
A Published Price
Ongoing operation starts at the Extended Support rate published on our pricing page: CHF 1,200/month with 4-hour response and monthly check-ins. Larger setups get a written fixed quote.
No Lock-In, Ever
Documentation stays current as part of the service. You can take operation in-house at any time — no lock-in is a stated principle of our method.
How the service runs
Handover & Baseline
We document the current state and agree the metrics that matter: time saved, error rates, usage — measured the same way every month.
Monitoring & Health Checks
Regular checks of your automations and their data flows; anomalies are flagged and investigated before they reach your customers.
Monthly Report & Review
A written metrics report with a prioritized improvement backlog — walked through in one short monthly review with you.
Improvements & Re-Validation
Backlog items are implemented at fixed prices; after model or API updates we re-test your workflows and adjust where needed.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does it cost?
The starting point is published on our pricing page: Extended Support at CHF 1,200/month, with 4-hour response time and monthly check-ins. Setups with more systems or stricter requirements get a written fixed quote before anything starts — no day rates, no open end.
Do we even need this?
Honestly: maybe not. Every project we hand over includes full documentation and team training, so you can operate without us — that is our no-lock-in principle. Managed operations is for teams that would rather buy the run capability than own it. Both are clean choices.
What is in the monthly report?
The phase-5 deliverables of the eflury Method™: a metrics report covering time saved, error rates, and usage, plus a prioritized improvement backlog. The point is that you can verify — every month — whether the automation still delivers what the business case promised.
Why do automations need ongoing attention at all?
Because their environment moves: AI models are updated, APIs change, your processes and data evolve. A workflow that was tested at go-live can silently degrade under a new model version or a changed input format. Re-validating after platform changes is precisely the kind of work that never gets prioritized internally — so we make it someone’s explicit job.
Do you operate systems you did not build?
Preferably we run what we built — we know it line by line. For existing Claude/MCP setups built by others, we start with an AI audit to document the current state; after that, taking over operation is usually straightforward.
What happens to our data during operation?
The same rules as in every project: your data stays in your systems, access is read-only via MCP connectors, and changes require human approval. Every service we rely on is disclosed on our Trust & Security page.
