Careers

We staff projects as we grow — and we read every initiative application

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Current status: there are no advertised openings right now — we say that plainly, because a careers page pretending otherwise would break everything else this site stands for. The page exists because we staff projects with specialists as demand grows, and we would rather meet good people before we need them. Initiative applications are genuinely welcome.

How we deliver

eFlury Consulting builds AI automation for Swiss SMEs — fixed-price projects on Claude, MCP, and Power BI, run along the published eflury Method™: named deliverables, decision gates, human-in-the-loop, everything documented. Client work is delivered by specialists we bring in as project volume grows. Deliberately small today; staffed to demand tomorrow.

Who we want to meet

  • AI & automation engineers — you build with Claude, MCP connectors, and TypeScript or Python, and you can show it (repos, projects, write-ups).
  • BI & data specialists — Power BI data modeling, reporting pipelines, data quality.
  • Finance practitioners — you know month-end closes, invoicing, or bexio/ABACUS from the inside and want to automate them rather than endure them.

Clients are Swiss SMEs; working languages are German and English.

What you can expect

The same principles we publish for clients apply inside: decisions in writing, documentation as part of the work (not an afterthought), fixed scopes instead of heroics, and honest no-gos when something does not fit. Read the method and the trust page — that is the working culture, published.

Open positions

When a concrete role opens, it will be published here first. Until then: the specialist pool is always open.

Initiative application

All applications go through the application form — structured, with uploads for CV, certificates and cover letter. No cover-letter theater: links beat adjectives, repos and projects say more than any phrase.

Every application is read and answered personally — by the person who would work with you, not a system.
