Code of Conduct

How we work, decide and handle AI — set down bindingly

Last updated: July 23, 2026

This code applies to eFlury Consulting and to every specialist working on our projects. It is not a declaration for the gallery: it records the same rules we actually deliver by — published in our method and on the trust page.

Core Principles

Honesty before sales

Proof, not promises: figures are labelled as estimates, fictional examples are declared fictional. If an automation is not worth it, we say so — even if it costs us the engagement.

Humans stay responsible

AI prepares, people decide. Critical steps carry explicit approvals (human-in-the-loop) — a principle built into every solution we deliver.

Confidentiality

Client data, processes and trade secrets stay protected — contractually (NDA on request) and technically. We do not talk about client projects without consent.

Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP). Details are set out in the privacy policy.

Fixed scopes, fair prices

Fixed prices, named deliverables, decision gates after every phase. No open-ended effort sinks, no hidden costs.

Quality & continuous learning

Documentation is part of the work, not an afterthought. We keep our knowledge of models, tools and regulation current — and pass it on.

Responsible AI Use

  • Client data is not used to train AI models; where possible, we pseudonymize before every API call.
  • AI outputs are reviewed, never adopted blindly — where mistakes are costly, we produce drafts instead of automatic dispatch.
  • AI-generated examples and demos are declared as such.
  • We name the limits openly: language models can be wrong. We build processes so that errors surface before they cause damage.

How We Treat Each Other

We work respectfully, directly and without condescension — with clients, specialists and everyone who deals with us, regardless of origin, gender, age, religion, disability or sexual orientation. Harassment, demeaning comments and sharing private information without consent have no place in our work.

Conflicts of Interest

We recommend tools and vendors based on their fit for the client, not on margin. Where our own interests exist — such as partnerships — we disclose them before making a recommendation.

Intellectual Property

We respect intellectual property rights and expect the same from our partners. Work products are handed over according to the contractually agreed ownership and usage terms.

Specialists in the Project Pool

Anyone joining projects via our career portal commits to this code — the same standards for everyone working under the eFlury Consulting name.

Reporting & Enforcement

Violations of this code can be reported to me@eflury.com. Every report is reviewed personally and receives a response; consequences depend on severity and circumstances. Anyone reporting in good faith has nothing to fear.

Governing Law

Our conduct is governed by Swiss law, in particular the Data Protection Act (FADP) and the Code of Obligations (CO).
